We will take you through the entire process from the initial design process, to obtaining permits on your behalf, right through to completion of the entire project.
Initial Consultation
In our first meeting with you, we’ll discuss your vision and work together on creating a plan to turn your vision into a reality.
The Design Process
Any new build, addition, as well as many renovations, require proper construction and design plans. When you work with Gregor Homes, you have the opportunity to work with our draftsman and interior designer to create the home you envision. This first process of your project will be captured in a design contract. Upon signing you will meet with our draftsman to layout your ideal floor plan, and once your layout is finalized we set you up with our interior designer
When you meet with our designer, you will go over every detail you envision in your home from your kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, down to the tiles, lighting fixtures and paint colours. You will be presented with mood boards and renderings of the interior and, upon your approval, we move to the next stage of the pricing process.
Project Pricing
Once we have all of the final approvals on your floor plans and interior designs, our estimating team will price your project to include all of your selections and finishings. This ensures nothing in your dream home is missed, and is fully included in your final contract. A contract presentation will take place where our team will go through the project scope of work line by line. If you are not 100% satisfied, revisions can be made.
During the Project
Seeing the progress of your build or renovation can be very exciting. We aim to meet with you on site monthly and keep you updated with milestones and progress.
