Under the watchful eye of company President, James Bazely, the Gregor name remains synonymous with taking responsible home building, renovations and landscaping to the next level. James isn’t one to stand back and be content; he continues to take an active role in the industry, helping to shape policy, serve in leadership positions and continually learn the latest in best practices.  James is the Past President of the Ontario Home Builders Association, as well as the Simcoe County Home Builders Association. As team leader, James expects the same high standards from his own Gregor Homes Team.
